I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and making people feel comfortable is second nature to me. My work methodology revolves around treating others as if they are close friends or family so they can feel at ease and open up about their needs. Additionally, I believe that continued education is very impactful in my clients’ success, which is why I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and as a Pricing Strategy Advisor from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Before diving into determining a client’s wants and needs, I make sure we take a moment to get to know each other. Establishing compatibility between the agent and client is not just important for me, but it’s imperative for you. Once we have met and are sure that we are a good fit to work together, we begin the process. I work with all kinds of clients, from first-time homebuyers looking for a townhome and elders hoping to downsize to luxury clients searching for the best of the best and everything in between. Geographically, I am familiar with Cumberland, Dauphin and York counties. Having lived and worked within this area, I can provide in-depth local area insight to my clients and can help you take advantage of the local market to achieve your goals with ease.
