Sonia was first rate. She really listened when I told her what I was looking for. She kept in regular contact with me and only sent me listings for homes that would have interest me. She never pushed me to make offers and even shared why I might not want to put an offer in on a home. Most importantly, she encouraged me to go for one that I didn't think I'd ultimately get...but I got it at the price that I wanted!

Sonia was amazing! She made the whole process so easy and quick and never swayed us from a house we looked at. Jumped on any house we wanted to view immediately. Always felt like we were her only client and never rushed us. We were able to move into such a lovely home thanks to her and her recommedations. Shelly who handled our settlement was absolutely fantastic. She got our settlement comleted in under 45 minutes, but also made sure what were signing and to answer our questions.

Sonia and I started working on finding a house for me just before Covid turned the world upside down. It has been a very long and trying year. She has been very patient, supportive and understanding throughout this entire process. I totally lost count of how many offers she had written for me but I know it was a lot. I am forever grateful that she was able to finally get me into my forever home.

Sonia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was always on top of things and had our backs throughout the entire process. This home was new construction and there were several issues we ran into with the preferred lender and title company but Sonia was able to help us overcome ALL the issues and allowed us to close on this house on the date we needed. We do not plan to move anytime soon but if we did, we would certainly use Sonia again.

I moved into Sable today. Went pretty well. At any rate, I want to thank you for all your efforts. I think the place you got is just about perfect for me. The location is unbelievable. Everything is really close and I mean everything (food store, doctors, bank, pet store, drug store, you name it). Again, thanks for everything.

From our initial contact with her as she was showing a home we were interested in, through dozens of interactions with her for over a one year period she immediately and consistently earned our trust and confidence in representing our interests and with reasonable and considerate regard for the sellers of properties and communities in our search for a perfect next home for us. We were planning on relocating from downtown Washington, DC and were interested in considering a primary home purchase in the greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. We began our search on our own primarily relying on web-based resources. At that time we had little knowledge, preference, or prejudice about what community would be a good match for us and our family and friends. We did not have knowledge of or engage any other realtors to represent us prior to enlisting Sonia as our representative. Our initial impression of Sonia was of someone who was honest, warm, welcoming, had a sense of humor and knowledge of residential real estate practices without any pretense or pressure. As we worked with her we quickly saw that colleagues of her had the same positive impression of her. Throughout our engagement with her we considered her to be one of the greatest local treasures we’ve found. We required significantly more logistics support, engagement, and patience than many home buyers. We wanted to avoid having another mortgage and needed to leverage our equity in our DC home but also wanted to move out much of the home contents to facilitate

There are shitty realtors and there are great realtors . Then there’s Sonia who was an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process and we could not have had a better realtor. Period. Give that woman a raise please!
